Future Super has teamed up with MetLife 360Health to give access to award-winning¹ expert-led health and wellness support for you and your family², when and where you need it. No claim or referral needed, and no extra costs.

What is it? 

The 360Health program offers accessible, personalised care to help you achieve your health and wellness goals.  All services are delivered virtually, connecting you and your family with health professionals including GPs, paediatricians, mental health clinicians, psychologists, psychiatrists, exercise physiologists, dietitians, and women’s health nurses – all from the comfort of your home.  

It brings holistic care to you, when you need it most – helping you take charge of your health in a way that works for you.  

360Health is not health insurance, and it’s not designed for critical or emergency health issues. But it can save you money on getting those niggles sorted – and provides medical and wellbeing support and advice, all included in your Future Super membership. 

Future Super’s insurance is also provided by MetLife. All members can access 360Health, not just those who have one of our three types of cover .

  • Fitness and Mobility: Get tailored support from an exercise physiologist, including a personalised movement plan to help you stay active and boost your energy.

  • Ask a Clinician: GPs, paediatricians, and mental health clinicians can answer your everyday health questions within one day via the 360Health Virtual Care app. 

  • Mental Health Assist: Connect with mental health professionals for a personalised review, answers to your concerns, and treatment guidance³. 

  • Menopause Support: Speak one-on-one with women’s health nurses for guidance with navigating symptoms of perimenopause and menopause. 

  • Expert Medical Opinion: Tap into global medical expertise for second opinions on diagnoses, treatments, or surgical plans. 

No strings attached 

All Future Super members can use 360Health – whether you hold insurance with us or not, and regardless of your balance. You can jump in right now, at no extra cost.  

If you have Income Protection insurance through Future Super, 360Health also gives you the added benefit of Recovery Support after an injury or illness⁴.

Who counts as family?

These services are here to help you feel more informed and guide you on your next steps. They can’t provide prescriptions or referrals, and these services aren’t for an emergency – but they can work to connect you to the right specialists if needed.
