I’m trying to log in, but my multi-factor authentication (MFA) verification codes or password are not working
If you’re having trouble logging in, don’t stress — this usually comes down to a quick fix.
First, check these common issues:
- Code expired? MFA codes refresh every 30 seconds. Wait a few seconds and try the new one.
- Wrong code length? Our MFA only accepts 6-digit codes.
- Multiple authenticator apps? Only one will work — try each and delete any extras.
- Browser issues? Clear your cache and try again.
- Recently got a new phone or had to reset? Contact us as we'll need to verify your identity to reset your MFA in your app.
Tips to get back in quickly:
- Make sure your device time is set automatically
- Wait for a fresh code before entering
- If you’ve reset MFA, delete old Future Super entries first
